老师，您好，我还有一个问题想请教您：I would like a bowl of noodles with some muttton and some tomato.其中的tomato 用单数对么？有很多老师说用复数。我个人认为西红柿已经切碎了，就应看成不可数名词了，应该用单数，可是我没有找到相关的资料，所以特请教您。

Well, I’ve been talking about lexical chunks and idiomatic usage. If you had followed this rule, you would have simply learned to say “some tomatoes”. Plural! You don’t ask questions, you simply accept it. :)

很地道。想请教您一个问题，是我在教学中遇到的：A :What was your name again ?B:Thomos.这句话是翻译成 “再说一遍你的名字好么？”。感谢您在百忙中能给予回答。

Yes, correct. A was probably not paying attention when Thomas told her his name so she has to ask again. Note the tense in "what was your name again?" It's like saying what did you say again?
