Today, I want to know the generally accepted accounting principles of the united states of America, so looked it up by internet, but nothing to download. It is lucky to me that some cases have been found. The cases are about how to list in NASDAQ stock market. All the companies's  financial reports must be in accordance with the U.S. GAAP.

       I am acquainted with the U.S. GAAP,especially impressive in tangible assets ,intangible assets,business intelligence,contingencies and corporation governance.
