the difference between Chinese and foreign studens

  In our classes,when the  teacher askes a question, few students would raise up their hands.Some even prey in order not to be asked. However ,some classmates long to answer but daren't to raise up their hands.What on earth are they thinking about? Let's see,what will the others say if I'm the only one withs hands up? Will they tease me or think I like showing off? Taking so much time thinking this,the teacher has invited someone else to answer.

  Compared with foreign students ,we're a bit shy and  timid.In their classes,almost everyone would raise their hands up as soon as the teacher finishes the question.Sometimes they even do so without thinking first.Because only the one who raises hand up quickest will be asked.

  Why do we act so modestly ?We're told to be modest when we were young.But is it helpful to show our talents in today's fierce competition all over the world? If you don't dare to show it off, who else will know it? Your talents will be like the gold buried in the dust bin,not known by others.That would be such a pity for you.

  So next time, when your teacher askes a question,don't hestiate.Just raise your hands high. Always believe in yourselves and catch every chance to practise yourself.And you are to succeed!
