The other day. 几天前。

 Every other day每隔一天= every two days.

Every 3 days每隔2天/3天后

几天后/每隔几天（少用，有时也用将来时）

我将来会每隔几天去学校。

I will go to school every few days.

我的工作一个接一个的来。

My job comes one by one.

Please pass this book one by one.

Neither,否定 either.肯定

区别：either用于肯定句，neither否定句，都是单数，动词用单数。

1，作名词：

I like both我两个都喜欢（两个）

I like either我两个都喜欢(随便一个)

I like neither我一个都不喜欢。(随便一个)

 2，either/ neither + of 复数名词 。——两者中间任何一个都/  两者中间任何一个都不

Either of the books is/are red.(用is是古英语的说法)

两本书都是红色的

Either of the buildings is/are tall.

你们想出去吗？

Do either of you want to go out?

Neither of the bags is/are red,

3, 当所指的物体明确的时候，只需要用either, neither就可以了。

both:

1)both of+复数名词

Both of them are reading Chinese.

2）作定语

The thief has stolen both cars.

这个小偷把这2辆车都偷了

Both sentences are wrong.

both的位置

1,系表结构，both在谓语和表语之间

They are both very beautiful.

他们都是英国人

They are both English/British men.

2,与情态动词和助动词的位置，位于它们和实义动词之间。

You must both finish it.

They may both have got it.他们肯定都可以理解它。

3,作同位语

We both like our mother.=bothof us like our mother.

注意：当each 作同位语时，动词用复数。
