Philip is a native English language speaker from the USA. On his "day job" he is a successful consultant helping clients with business and technology issues. In order to be successful at this career, he has to communicate well to get clients to accept recommendations and fund his projects. He has represented his US-based clients on project work in the US, Canada, India, and China. He has over 26 years of professional experience in government, business, and technology. He also has strong academic credentials including a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Memphis State University where he graduated summa cum laude.
